What Law Makes The Average American Liable For An Income Tax?

Casey Lee Cobb | Show The Law | September 3, 2007

On February 20th 2007 Ed and Elaine Brown had put up an offer of $1,000,000 in commercial property as reward to anyone who could show them the law that makes them liable for an income tax. In addition, other Americans and even people in foreign countries have pledged their property as reward to anyone who could find the law. Months went by and the reward has gone unclaimed. The Brown’s have repeatedly stated that when the law is presented they would immediately issue a check for payment.

Even officials in the New Hampshire government will not provide answers. This includes a Federal Marshall by the name of James who said to Danny Riley “There is no fucking law!” Earlier that day, Riley was fired upon by snipers and Tased for walking a dog. So as you can see the Browns and their supporters are experiencing tyranny to such levels that exhaustive legal conversations, such as in the video above, take place on a daily.

I understand that some of the readers of this website may not be well-versed in the legal research surrounding this topic, and I also realize that many others may see the above video as being a speculative conversation. And you are absolutely correct we have no choice but to speculate by what “authority” government is operating, when they themselves will not reveal the “law” which has supposedly been broken.

So Here is the conundrum, or rather riddle wrapped in an enigma: If you were accused of breaking a law that does not exist, would you be willing to do the time for a crime that you did not commit?

Our country was founded on the rebellion against taxation without representation, and the amount of the tax initially rebelled against, does not even equate to one one-hundredth of a fraction by comparison to the taxes paid by many today.
